There are some provisions on product warranty: 

- We will give warranty to product damaged by technical errors in the manufacturing process and installation.
- For damaged product caused by customers during use, we will depend on the level of damage and repair free or charge with low price.

 

 

 

 

 

 

We do not give waranty for the following cases:
- Customers repair the products themselves without a report.
- The product is dried, avoiding worms. Therefore, we are not responsible for all effects caused by environment such as moisture, termites, mice, ect. neither water-soaked products causing expansion, curved, tilted and products affected by moisture, heat ... by the installation of electrical equipment without caring.

 

 

 

 

 

Notice:
- Avoid placing wet objects directly onto the products for a long time.
- Avoid placing products close to inflammable things.
